Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Comf Travel app and the comftravel.com website (together, "Comf Travel"), operated by Milvello LLC (in formation) ("we", "us"). By using Comf Travel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Travel information is a guide only

Information in Comf Travel is provided as a general guide and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. This covers site locations, descriptions, photos, opening details, routes, drive times, kosher food and lodging.

• Always verify opening hours, access rules and kashrus before you travel.
• Some sites may be closed, restricted, on private property, or need permission or an appointment.
• Follow local laws, signs and the instructions of site caretakers and authorities.

2. Hebrew dates, zmanim, Shabbos and yahrtzeits

Hebrew dates, Shabbos and Yom Tov times, candle-lighting times and yahrtzeit dates are calculated or collected with care, but they may contain errors, and customs differ. They are not a halachic ruling. Confirm times and dates with a reliable local source or your Rav, especially for Shabbos and Yom Tov.

3. Entry requirements and travel advisories

Visa, passport and entry information and travel advisories are summaries of official sources, shown with their date and source where available. Rules change without notice. Before you travel, check with the official government source or embassy for your passport country. You are responsible for having the right documents.

4. Navigation and safety

Routes and navigation links, including Waze and Google Maps, are provided for convenience. Drive times are estimates. You are responsible for your own safety, for driving safely and for following traffic laws. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while driving. Check travel advisories and use your own judgment about safety at your destination.

5. Affiliate disclosure and bookings

Comf Travel shows hotel and lodging options through Stay22, and flight prices and other travel offers through Travelpayouts. Some of these links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you make a booking, at no extra cost to you.

• Prices: flight prices are recent prices reported by our partner. They may no longer be available.
• Bookings: these are made with third-party providers, and their terms apply.
• Responsibility: we are not responsible for bookings, prices, availability or services provided by third parties.

6. Your account and your trips

You may use the app as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. When you share a trip, anyone with the link can view the shared copy. Only share it with people you want to see it. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by email, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Uploaded documents. You may upload your own boarding passes and flight documents to keep them with your trip.

• Only upload documents that belong to you or that you are allowed to keep.
• A copy in the app does not replace the official document. Always carry what your airline, airport or border authorities require.
• Keep your own copies too: we are not responsible if a document is unavailable when you need it, for example without an internet connection.

Reminders. Trip reminders are a convenience. They may arrive late or not at all, so don't rely on them alone for flights, Shabbos or other times. You can turn them off at any time.

7. Reporting wrong information and suggestions

If you use "Report wrong info" or send us a suggestion or correction, you allow us to use it to improve Comf Travel, without any obligation to you. Please report honestly, and don't send information that you don't have the right to share.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Comf Travel, interfere with its operation, try to access it or other users' data in unauthorized ways, copy its content or data in bulk, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Content, photos and credits

Site photos come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under their free licenses (Creative Commons or public domain). Each photo's author, license and source are shown through the ⓘ on the photo. Those photos remain subject to their own licenses. All other content and design of Comf Travel belong to us or our licensors.

10. Third-party services

Comf Travel uses third-party services such as Google Maps, Google Firebase (including Crashlytics), Waze, Stay22, Travelpayouts and Wikimedia Commons. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. No warranty

Comf Travel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comf Travel and its operator are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, expense or damage arising from your use of Comf Travel or from reliance on information in it. This includes travel plans, dates and times, entry requirements, site access and third-party bookings.

13. Changes

We may update Comf Travel and these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
